Centrally located in an alleyway on Main Street, Truckstop is the perfect outdoor dining spot. With festoon lights, braziers, music and plenty of seating, it’s ideal for tucking into smashed burgers, Asian street food and sweet treats, best enjoyed with a mulled wine or hot drink by the fire. It’s mid-winter dining as it should be - made for catching up with friends.

Mulled Wine
While you deliberate over your next move, why not savour a cup of mulled wine? Available at Truckstop, The White Swan, Kokodeli, Main Street Deli and The Offering, it's the perfect companion to your festive experience.

Their mulled wine is a winter essential, gently warmed with cinnamon, cloves, citrus and a hint of sweetness — made for crisp evenings and cosy catch-ups.
To keep the cold at bay, dive into a selection of hearty Hot Pots, served throughout the month. Choose from indulgent flavours like slow-braised venison with blue cheese in a rich red wine gravy, pulled lamb with kumara and rosemary, creamy chicken and leek with mustard, or a vegetarian favourite of roasted pumpkin, spinach and feta under golden flaky pastry — each one bubbling hot and deeply comforting.
Finish on a sweet note with a decadent Brandy Snap New York Cookie, the perfect festive treat. For flavour, warmth and a touch of indulgence, The Offering is the place to be this winter.
