General

• Your pack or pin must be collected in Greytown during the festival, from 26 June – 25 July 2026, from a central location (details to follow). Unfortunately, we are unable to post or courier packs or pins to any address.

• You must bring your confirmation email as proof of purchase when you collect your pack or pin.

• Details of your collection point will be provided by email, to the email address you provided, in June 2026. The collection point details will also be available at www.greytownvillage.com

• If the 2026 Festival of Christmas is cancelled, you will receive a refund for your festival pack, minus a 5% transaction fee. This refund will be made to the credit card you used for your purchase. This would take place before tickets to the festival events go on sale.

• These packs and pins are being sold by Country Village Heaven Trust. Money from the pack and pin sales offset the costs, and any surplus is invested into the costs to run the New Zealand Festival of Christmas. We use local suppliers wherever possible, to ensure the money generated from this festival benefits our community.

Festival Sparkle Packs:

• One Festival Sparkle Pack gives you access to purchase tickets for one week, before they go on sale to the public.

• A maximum of one Festival Sparkle Pack per person is available

• Ticket Presale:

  • The ticket presale will take place from 1-7 April 2026

  • You will receive an email from Eventfinda on 31 March 2026, providing you with a link and unique code, that gives you access to purchase tickets during the presale 

• Each Sparkle Pack membership must be attached to a unique email address. If you are purchasing packs on behalf of others, you must provide their first name, last name and email address(es) in the notes section at the time of your Sparkle Pack purchase.

• Sparkle Packs are non-refundable (unless the festival is cancelled), but they are transferrable. Simply provide your confirmation email to the person you would like to gift the pack to, and they can collect it.

Little Elf Packs

• No limit on the number of packs you can purchase (while stocks last)

Collectable Pins

• No limit on the number of pins you can purchase (while stocks last)
