Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence at 7am Friday 20 March 2026, and close at 12pm on Monday 20 April March 2026 (Promotion Period) or when stocks of the passports are exhausted at each individual participating business.
Participating Businesses
Businesses participating in the Promotion are members of the Country Village Heaven promotional group. Participating businesses will display promotional materials. If in doubt, an entrant may ask a business whether or not they are participating in the Promotion.
Promotion Restrictions
This promotion is only open to residents of New Zealand for purchases made in-store at participating businesses in Greytown, New Zealand. This does not apply to purchases made online.
Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Business owners of CVH (and their Immediate Families), their staff/employees, or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter in their own business. “Owners” means any individuals who have an ownership interest in the business. “Immediate Family(ies)” means any of the following: spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child, parent or other family member living in the same household. However, business owners, immediate family members, and staff are able to participate at other businesses.
Commercial Account Holders are also ineligible.
The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an eligible entrant in its absolute discretion.
How to Participate
The participant will pick up a ‘passport’ from a participating business, or the participant will make a purchase from a participating store and receive a passport (entry form).
With each ‘Greytown International Cocktail Festival’ purchase, the participant will receive a stamp.
By ‘purchase’, this may be:
a purchase of an item
a purchase of a Cocktail or Mocktail drink or food item,
attending a workshop
attending an event
Once the participant has collected 3 stamps, they fill in the required details on the passport (entry form) and drop it into an entry box at a participating business. Required details are name, email and phone number.

Prize Redemption
The winner of the prize draw will be drawn at random on Monday 20 April 2026, with the winner being announced via email and social media on the same day.
The draw will be done fairly and under supervision.
The winner will be contacted by email and asked to send a postal address.
The prize packs will be sent by courier.
Entry Limits
Participants can enter as many times as they like
Notification & Verification/Proof of Purchase
If requested by the Promoter, winners must provide proof of identity and/or proof of purchase to confirm their eligibility to receive a prize. If a winner fails to provide either their proof of identity or proof of purchase by the time and date stipulated by the Promoter, their entry/prize claim will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
Additional Terms and Conditions
There is a limited number of passports available, while stocks last during the ‘promotion period’.
The competition runs from 7am on Friday 20 March 2026, and closes at 4pm on Monday 20 April 2026. The competition dates are stated on the passports.
The prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this competition will be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
If any prize offered in the prize draw is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a replacement prize of equal value.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
By entering this Promotion, entrants and any prize participants agree to the use of their names and photographs for promotional/advertising purposes, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Promoter, without any claim to compensation from the entrants.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
All decisions made by the Promoter, its employees or agents are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies), excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected ; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
Entrants irrevocably consent and assign to the Promoter all intellectual property, including copyright in the images submitted by them during this competition. Entrants also irrevocably consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
