Apple Harvest Festival Colouring in competition

1. When you enter into the promotion you accept these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules.

2. This Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who are residents of New Zealand and are not employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any agencies associated with the Promotion; and are not a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or close family member of an employee; and are not aged 13 years or older on 28 April 2024.

3. Colouring competition entry forms can be collected from The White Swan, The Offering and Cuckoo Pizza.

4. To enter, a completed colouring-in competition form must be handed in to one of the venue listed above and the entrant will go in the competition to win that venues prize. E.g an entry form handed in at in The White Swan is entering the competition to win a $10 The White Swan voucher.

5. Multiple entries are acceptable, but each must be made as a separate entry.

6. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. There will be two prizes awarded within each age category from each of the three venues;
   • 7 years
   • 8 – 12 years

8. A judge, appointed at each of the venues (The White Swan, The Offering and Cuckoo Pizza), will choose a winner and runner up in each age category for the best use of design and creativity.

9. Winners will be selected by 1 May 2024.

10. The prizes from each venue are:
    • $10 voucher from The Offering (2 for <7 years, 2 for 8 – 12 years)
    • $10 voucher from The White Swan (2 for <7 years, 2 for 8 – 12 years)
    • A kids pizza from Cuckoo Pizza (2 for <7 years, 2 for 8 – 12 years)

11. Winners will be contacted by phone or email. If we are unable to contact the winner (using contact details provided on the entry form) after trying several times over a 7 day period, the venue can choose another winner.

12. Vouchers from the venues will be valid for one year from 28 April 2024.
