Menu: Air dried cured beef, and charcuterie, Italian cheese fritters, balsamic vinaigrette Pizzoccheri - a hearty winter oven baked pasta dish with cheese and potato.  

Wine: Modello Rosso or Pinot Grigio

Region: Milano - North Italy

Menu: Flavour filled cheese and truffle crostini. Incredibly tender
slow-cooked pork with saffron risotto.

Wine: Valpolicella Superiore or Pinot Grigio

Menu: Orecchiette pasta
with garden fresh broccoli and breadcrumbs; Creamy oven baked rice, potato, tomato and mussels.

Menu: Baby octopus in spicy Italian tomato sauce, Anchovies in mint and balsamic. Seafood platters of mussels, prawns, octopus, cockles on toasted bread with olive oil to soak up the juices.
